I am licensed in the state of Washington as a (LMP) Licensed Massage Practioner, and have ten years of Soft Tissue & Structral  Body Work experience. I have attended 700 hours training at Cedar Mountain School of Massage, nd over 160 hours of additional traing at workshops. Some these workshops included traditional Medical Massage and Russian Medical Massage for very specific work such as sciatica, migraine headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back, shoulder and neck pain.

Neromuscular Therapy   is for the underlying causes of muscles. This pain and dysfuntion. This has always worked layer by layer meeting and matching the tension present in the muscle tissue and carefully moderating the level of discomfort. This type of massage gives longlasting relief from the conditions that cause pain.

Trigger point, and Pressure point Therapy help elease muscle tension on specific muscles. These are also worked layer by layer to reduce pain and discomfort for longlasting results.

Myofacial release techniques work on the myofascial tissue that runs the muscles. This techniques uses stretching of this tissue to allow freedom of muscle movement to each individual muscle.

My training includes CPR & First aid and Professionals Ethics.

I have started teaching massage technique to massage proffesional for their continuing eduction,.

I am Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage & Body-Works Professional.

I have performed over 8,000 hours of professional body-work in my ten years of practice, I look forward to helping anyone with his or her pain.
